Other trainers will place you in a class after speaking with you over the phone. They have never met you or your dog and have no idea what your lifestyle is like and in turn they have no idea what your training needs are. You are supposed to be paying for professional assistance. You as the client are deciding what class your dog enters not the trainer who is the paid expert. This should not be the case. At Canine Solutions Training Services course placement and cost of training are determined after the initial professional evaluation.  This way you and your dog are assured a custom training program based on your lifestyle and your dog’s temperament, not the "cookie cutter" methods and mayhem associated with group classes.

Most trainers teach your dog obedience positions in a "cookie cutter" pattern with methods that don’t work for every dog. Group classes with 6 or more dogs and puppies are not uncommon. The trouble with this "cookie cutter" training group method is that you and your dog do not get the personal attention you paid for.  This method of training also assumes that every dog/puppy and handler learns the same exact way.  This simply isn’t true. People, like dogs learn in different ways and at different paces.  We believe particular attention must be given to each and every dog/puppy and client so success can be achieved.  This is why we train on a one-on-one basis.
